What piece of jewlery do you want for Christmas?

Woo, I thought it would be fun to see what pieces of jewlery some of us might be wishing for for Christmas. I will start. While riding a plane back from Boston I found this neat ring in one of the magazines. I thought it would be a neat RHR.. http://store.ringboxyahoo.com/mothersrings.html I have three teenage girls and been married 21 years. I thought this was a neat ring to show the continuous circle of our family. I have ask for white gold with all diamonds or all sapphires instead of birthstones. We''ll see if Santa delivers.

Plus I want earrings like this someday. I told my boyfriend that he has many years before I will request further diamonds (when he was in his "OH MY GOD I JUST SPENT SO MUCH MONEY ON SUCH A TINY TINY THING" phase), but I totally fell in love with these, so I think I might try and get them for a wedding present so I can wear them when we actually get married. That''s a year and a half away though, so he has a bit of time!

I have been staring at the John Christian website for years but have never purchased from them. I wonder if anyone else has had any experience with them. I''m thinking maybe a wedding ring with the roman numerals of our wedding date for my husband for our 20th anniversary. I know he would like that.

I never liked wearing anything around my neck, but I think a circle of life pendent done delicately is so yummy! I wouldn''t turn this down.

I don''t have any jewelry plans yet (as DH said I can pick something out for my b-day which is a week before Christmas). . . I''ve spent too much on clothes & makeup lately so I''m holding off on any big purchases.

The other problem I''m running into is I''m not sure now if I want the RHR I had picked out. I kind of want bigger studs instead, but since I already have diamond earrings, my DH may just get annoyed that I need bigger/better (and more expensive), soooo I''m thinking maybe a pair of earrings I saw at costco (couldn''t find them on the Costco site, to show the exact style but they look similar to these ones owned by someone from PS). Not sure yet! But, either way, I''m waiting until after Xmas for any purchase.

But if I must pick something, I''d say diamond chandeliere earrings. I think they''re charming. I''m in 2 wedding parties next year and it''d be nice to wear them but then again they might be a bit much. I''m more of a diamond studs kind of girl.

I really want some dangly diamond earrings. That''s actually what I wanted last year, and DH got me a pair, but I wasn''t in love with them and I felt he way overpaid, so we returned them and put that cash towards the halo setting upgrade I ended up getting. I still want dangly diamond earrings, but I want to be consulted to make sure I like them first! It''s one of those things he can''t pick out by himself.

I really like this diamond bracelet that my jeweller showed me but I''ve already ordered another diamond bracelet for our wedding anniversary and a ring with pear-shaped pink kunzite with 2 pear-shaped diamond side stones so this bracelet will have to wait till 2006!

The wait is killing me for my "blue monster" (see avatar). I sneak peeks and try it on. However, I was at Adeler dropping off my Husband''s watch for repair, there was this pair of G/H color, close to 4 carat total weight diamond studs. They were gorgeous.
