What shape is flanking this Pear diamond?

Hey All… I’m down a rabbit hole for a new project… and am obsessed with the proportions of this setting- Yes this the HW 6 carat Pear from Legally Blonde, lol.

While I will not be getting a 6 carat, I’m looking at something near 13x9 (3.5 carat range). I am curious what cut stones are flanking the Pear in this picture?

I pulled up Leon Mege’s handy side stone chart, and I “think” they are Calf Heads? And do they appear set lower to the bottom of the diamond vs middle? Would love your thoughts! I couldn’t find anything like this on the HW website and also tried to find Better pictures, but this is all I could find?

I do t think it is, actually. I think that’s more pears. I think the pear is tucked under - but the bow tie in the image looks more pear to me- as well as the shape.

Oh interesting @Niel and @junebug17 think pears!! Well, I’m torn between those two exact side stone shapes, lol!! They look much smaller in proportion too, not your typical side stone size that flanks the pear? I feel like I need to rewatch the scene and take pictures -

I feel pretty confident the bow tie is a pretty good indicator, also here’s another screen grab zoomed in and you can pretty clearly see the rounded upper shape of the stone. Plus, I circled here the v and the two prongs .

Love your skills @Niel!! Thank you! I would have never guessed it was tucked in!! I think I thought it was flat across and not rounded.

And I can't believe there's not another pic of this ring online lol! Trust me, I looked! Either shape would be pretty, but I think I'm partial to the pear. I like the proportions, looks very elegant. Looking forward to hearing what you decide @TruLuv858 . This is an exciting project!

Thank you @Niel the new picture was actually much more clear! Now I actually see the rounded portion and the prongs!!! I think they are also really small pears, usually I feel like pears that are flanking another pear are much larger- I assume because this stone is already so large it would be overwhelming.

@junebug17 I KNOW! Lol! I looked everywhere too, how is there not another photo?! Thank you for being so invested . Also,I feel like this is a project I have been denying for many years, I ALWAYS come back to this shape and design- I am really excited about it, and so isn't my husband, this is his favorite shape- he doesn't love old cuts the way I do, so even my original Cushion he was just "ok" with, he really was of the mind that I should get what I want, because I am going to be the one wearing it, which I really do appreciate. He really is so supportive, so I am excited to see him light up a bit when I show him pictures, which has never happened before,lol! Right now I am very early in the process, but I love this part!
