So Spring is officially here and I need some new ideas for a fragrance. Right now my go-to spring perfume is Escada''s Pacific Paradise but I think I need something else to throw into the rotation. I prefer foody/fruity/tropical smells (but nothing too sweet) to florals (a little bit of floral mixed in is ok, just as long as it doesn''t dominate the scent. Any recommendations?

I love Escada''s Island Kiss, also Daisy by Marc Jacobs is a really nice floral.

You might like Light Blue or Pleasures Exotic.

thanks monarch and freke. i''ll definitely check them out the next time i go to sephora. heidi, i have light blue and i do love it! i actually forgot that i have it, now i have to go dig it up for this spring!

I LOVE La Prairie's "Sea Energy Body Fragrance". I have been using it for years, its so light/crisp/clean smelling- love it! I have also really been into the Jo Malone fragrances lately as well. Last summer I wore "Orange Blossom" almost exclusively-JM perfumes are also so fresh smelling and stay on forever. I like that you can layer them too.
I heard she is coming out with some new scents this spring- cant wait!!!!

Dani- thanks for suggestions! i''ll definitely check those out.
Lorelei- you are always so much help, thanks!

I really like Benefit''s "Maybe Baby." It''s a great fruity/floral. I tried the Summer version of L''eau D''Issey last year and it was very nice, too.

For the spring/summer season, I wear Aqua Di Gio, by Giorgio Armani...it''s very light and fresh...not too heavy on...good luck on your quest...you should stop by Sephora in your area, and just sample them all. Sometimes depending on the SA, they might have the scents in sample sizes, you can take home.
