Wheat chain or curb chain? Please help!

Hi, I'm looking to get a 0.7 ct solitaire pendant in bezel sliding style.
Between wheat and curb chain, which is better as a necklace? Comfort? Durability? Ease of sliding?

I like wheat chains, but my wheat chains have tended to develop sort of a half-kink, if you will - a twist where the pendant hangs that can change the orientation of the pendant. I think the curb link is a dated look (something I don't say very often.) So I'd go with a simple fine chain similar to the chains MichaelAbraham posted.

My wheat chains have never kinked.

But anyway, for a 70 point pendant type I like diamond cut ball/bead chains. http://www.jewelbasket.com/white-gold-bead-necklaces.html.. I think they look the best.

Thanks for all the responses. I like the look of the wheat but the curb seems more comfortable to me. My daily necklace is a box chain and I'm thinking of changing styles.

I had a curb necklace but stopped wearing it because it would constantly get caught in my hair! I just got a ball necklace and love it! It's so sparkly and pretty but wheat chains felt more durable to me.
