Hi All,

Does anyone know where to find an old Tiffany Blue Book or at least the pdf version? I have been looking on Ebay and Craigslist, but am unable to find one. I could have sworn years ago I read/saw pdf versions floating around the internet.

Or...does anyone have an old one they either don't want or can look through to find a specific item I am trying to locate and send me a scan?

I am trying to get a picture and the stats on two particular items: Both are from the Tiffany Legacy collection. I am guessing they are in the blue book years of 2003-2005 (since I have 2001, 2002, and 2006+). I was told both were Blue Book items.

1) Tiffany Legacy bracelet: 7.5" long with 2 pink sapphires, 2 blue/green tourmalines, 2 aquamarines (colored stones tw of about 9cts) plus about 3 cts of diamonds.

2) Tiffany Legacy necklace: 2 blue/green tourmalines, 2 aquamarines, 1 pink sapphire. Plus about 7.64cts total diamonds (#730)

They are a matching set, and are the "typical" Legacy look (legacy cut stone surrounded by tiny round diamonds in a square shape and linked to each other.

Thanks for any help!

Hi Sparkle,

Have you tried contacting Tiffany customer service to see if they can locate either one of the books or give you the info on these pieces? That might be worth a try, someone here might have copies too or have some info for you, I hope you can find what you are looking for.

If you email your SA or cust service, they should be able to email you an official valuation (if you purchased directed from tiffany). I did this on a few items for insurance purposes and they were at my door in less than a week.

Hi There,

Thank you both for the answers. I am NOT the original buyer. I did contact Tiffany and they didn't have the blue books I was looking for but the SA is going to see if another store possibly has it (I only live by one Tiffany). I am not holding my breath on that since they are about 10 years old. I was hoping a Pricescoper happened to have an old Blue Book lying around.

After doing a bunch of research yesterday, it looks as if Tiffany will not give certs or authenticate an item unless I am the original buyer. Anyone know about this? Looks like they changed this policy a couple years ago. I find that hard to understand since I am more than willing to pay for any documentation and their time. Also, Tiffany will always get "one shot" at selling a single item, so what difference does it make if that single item is sold to another buyer, inherited by someone else, or given as a gift?

I don't even need the original certification, I would just like to authenticate it (I have the laser inscribed number) and know what the stats are on the original cert.

Thanks for any help.

It does seem like it would be worth their time to do so for a price. They could charge $250 or something which would eliminate lower cost items.
