Where to get custom rings made (ringdesigner.com?)

My fiance and I have been searching in vain for quite some time now to find a setting that is very simple, essentially a flat pipe cut (90 degree angles from the side view) and an interior taper. I thought I had managed to find the right ring and had it made and diamond set only to receive it and its not really at all what we had hoped for. So the question is this, do any of you fine folks have any recommendations for places that can custom manufacturer a ring with reasonable prices? I stumbled across ringdesigner.com''s web site, but so far they have never returned any of my emails (not a good sign). Anyway, im hoping to get this guy reset (do any jewelry stores buy back or take trade in on existing rings?) thanks for any info!

Whiteflash is great!!! I can''t tell you how amazing they are to work with! My friend is having them make diamond cufflinks for her FH, she ordered a custom eternity ring, they designed her custom e-ring, and they have been working with me to design a custom spacer band (and they designed my w-prong e-ring and matching w-band). For truly amazing rings, custom designed...I highly recommend Mark Morell www.mwmjewelry.com. Be patient with them as they are alwasy backed up, but the quality of the work is fantastic.

Jeff Delude at ARTFX in Annapolis Maryland stocks all original designs by him and does custom orders. Reasonalble prices and turn around times. He also cuts must of his own gemstones onsite.

I am not sure I understand what this is aside the confort-fit pipe band
