Which earrings do you prefer? I’m looking for everyday earrings I can wear with my first lobe. Something a little more fun than just studs but not “too trendy enough” that I won’t wear it as I get older. Both will be in WG.

Option 1 which I’m leaning more towards but no return (only exchange) policy and worried about the comfort and how it would sit in my ears.

Option 2
I’m afraid it is “too trendy” that I won’t wear it as I get older

Current ear situation (really bad pics) of my new piercings.

Both beautiful options! I think it depends - with respect to your wardrobe, do you lean more casual or dressy? If casual, I'd pick number 2 and if dressy then number 1. Step cuts are timeless and, though the design is in trend, I can see one wearing it as they get older.

Good point! I’d like to say my style when going out leans towards more dressy/ glam. But I’m also planning to wear it to work and I work in vet med and wear scrubs. Although I pretty much wear most of my diamonds no matter the occasion.

I like #2 and I feel it can be dressed down or up. Baguette diamonds have been around for a long time. Art Deco, classic however you look at it. Timeless to me at least.
I love your Victoria earrings, do you mind if I ask the specs on that and the diameter?

Number 1

edit (wish they were full hoops though)

I prefer #2 because I don't like the half hoop of #1. I think it would annoy me if the earrings didn't sit straight like turn outwards if that makes sense?

Thank you! These are just in the Victoria style. I got it from Etsy a while back but the shop doesn’t exist anymore. 14K WG, .60ct total weight, 8mm in diameter. They’re my go tos since I don’t like how other studs look on me.

I do wish they were full hoops too. I wonder if there’s an advantage to this style. Ie, would not pull on my lobes as much as a full hoop would since one of my lobes is already stretched out for some reason.

I do like #1 more in terms of the looks, but #2 does seem like it would match more with casual wear.

My preference for #1 is very strong.

I am the same! I only wear hoops, huggies and need to change it up. Thanks for the info.
