Which one should I choose?

Prices are similar, but different clarity, etc. Both are supposedly Heart Arrow on igi but I can't tell from the videos if it makes a difference in their sparkle.

Of these two, the 1.84 looks better cut.

Are you open to a 2ct or 2.3ct? I found a couple for good prices.

I'm just hoping I can make the person I'm gifting this to as happy as possible with how sparkly the stone will be. I'm certainly opening my eyes and ears wide for any other suggestions, I certainly need the assistance
Since you said the 1.84ct has a better cut, does that mean that it will end up look better? I was hesitant because it had more inclusions, and looked darker/fuzzier than the 1.64 ct for some reason (could totally be my imagination, what do you think? Another video of the 1.84ct with similar angle to the vidro of the 1.64 https://www.medialink.email/v1/admin/diamonds/103609463/non_orbit). Is it right for me to deduce from your post that cut compensate for all those factors? (Sorry if I sound like a newbie)

Neither one is a diamond that I would recommend. The first one appears to have questionable crystal quality (graininess or striations) and the second one appears to have some cut precision issues.

How about something like this for under $975 available from popular online sellers (like the ones that you linked to above)?
