Which photographer do you like the best?

I''ve been looking at photographers and I found a bunch that I really like. Only three are on my venue''s list of preferred vendors but I don''t think that necessarily means anything. A friend of mine who does photography on the side found these websites for me. She hasn''t worked with any of them and she only knows one as a distant acquaintance. She thought they all matched the fun, creative, documentary style, detail picture oriented type of photographer that I''m looking for. I know we''ll need some posed shots but I''ve found many photographers'' sites to be rather boring, as the photos shown were all posed and not very exciting or interesting to look at. I''m hoping that my FI''s parents will want to contribute or pay for our photographer. I''m not sure what they are willing to contribute (their offer was vague, "let us know what you need."), but if we give them something specific to pay for, maybe they''ll agree to the pay for the photographer. If you''ve checked out Musey''s thread about the photographer she''s considering, that''s exactly the type I''m looking for myself. Anyway, if you''ve read this far and are wondering where the choices are, they''re coming. I have a hard time writing shorter posts.

They all look like they would do a fantastic job with the pictures. Have you met with any of them? It really all boils down to how well you "mesh" with the photog. And you can also get an idea of what the pricing will be for the type of package/album that you want...HTH
