The first has some serious twist on the pavilion facets that will be eye visible face up under close observation.

However the vs2 grade setting crystal under the table is a concern on the second one, it could possibly be eye visible under some conditions to someone with young eyes or strong glasses.
That would be something to discuss with the vendor.
