I'm trying to decide between these Whiteflash braid diamond earrings or the flower cluster earrings. Does anyone have these, or has anyone seen them in person? Is the braid style "dated" (and do I care if it is)? I would do the braided ones in 0.34 ctw and the flower clusters in 0.75 ctw. Thoughts and opinions welcome! Thanks!

I had the flower cluster and they are gorgeous. I sold them to another PS because I have a mother pair I wear

I think both are beautiful. Both are very different , distinct styles. Both should be superb quality.

In this case IMHO it really comes down to personal preference / compatibility with your overall style.
As for "dated" I find them classically chic in a mid century Van Cleef & Arpels way.

I like that interpretation of the braided style, @kipari! There is something that is very appealing to me about the gold "halo." And I agree that the quality will be lovely with either pair. Both of them work as "anywhere, any time" earrings. I'm going to have to give it some more thought!

I have some similar to the braid earrings! It’s from a different company but very similar. I love them! Classic enough to wear every day, but they still have a unique twist.

I think the braid earrings are gorgeous and I don’t find them dated at all! But the flower cluster will likely give you more bling coverage, if that’s important to you!

The flower clusters will have more bling power IMHO.

DK :))

Thank you for your thoughts, everyone! I think the choice really is bling and sparkle vs a more "quiet" classic. That yellow gold of the braid really draws me in, though. I will keep thinking! :kiss2:

I see the braids as more conservative, traditional and the flowers as more fun/blingier. Both beautiful! I think either could be
dressed up or down so it all depends on what you see yourself getting more wear out of. Good luck!
