I'm looking for a chunky cushion cut (no crushed ice) that is GIA certified...which apparently is a bit of a challenge since most cushions I've come across so far say "modified" on the GIA cert. The purchase is going to be made online and I won't be able to view the diamond in person before I buy it, so what retailers can I trust to find me the right one? I heard Good Old Good is good?

I got my August Vintage chunky cushion from them - couldn't be happier!

haven't bought a cushion, but if I wanted to I would go straight to GOG if I'm looking for a stone that optimises light return, or mark at ERD or David at DBL if looking for vintage/antique-style or daussi or...

Samaria,

A list of vendors can be found in my guide see StoneCold's post from your other thread. https://www.pricescope.com/communit...ut-cushion-cuts.151700/#post-2752801#p2752801

As for colorless diamonds and shopping over the internet if you want a top performing stone and the most information you should work with vendors who know how to use ASET properly and may be able to provide video upon request.

You will have to decide precisely which type of cut you are looking for and whether you value size or weight over light performance.

My favorite chunky cushions have either been august vintage cushions from GOG or cushions that Perry sources for Leon Mege like missydebby's or Thouarella's
