Whooohooo!!! We have a new home!

I am so excited that if Pricescope was a "real place" (meaning a building with people wandering around chatting) I would be running around hugging and smooching everyone in sight!

Hubby and I have been looking for a new place to hang out hats (we want to cut down on the commute to work and eliminate the toll bridge) - we have been searching for months now.

We found a home and it''s absolutely perfect!! We had been keeping our fingers crossed for it to come through and this evening we got the call!!!

I''m so happy - it has a lovely yard area for the furkids, and the home is all hardwood floors, which is fantastic when you have a house full of fluffkids (we have 3 dogs, hubby and I) - it''s so much easier to clean hardwood then it is to get bits of hair from wall to wall carpet.

Anyway, I just had to tell someone - and YOU ARE IT!

Congrats on the new house!!! I hear ya with the wood floors. They are the best thing to ever happen to us and we only have a dog and a cat. The greatest part is watching them try to gain traction on them and sliding into the walls or each other... so entertaining!

Congratulations! You''re so lucky to have hardwoods! Only two of the rooms in my house are hardwood and they''re SO much easier to keep clean (we have MANY cats!) and I''d love to do the entire house, but it''d be to expensive. We finally caved and are just recarpeting instead. Not as fun!

Jypsie - I feel I''m extra-super-excited for you because I know exactly how you feel - so elated! Congrats on the all-wood floors, ours has hardwood in the kitchen, dining room and foyer, but I suspect there may be some more under those berber rugs! And I''m totally with you on the furry-condusive back yard - we were sold on the brand new, totally fenced in yard on our place. We can''t wait to get our Boxer puppy and make our little family complete (we already have a siamese kitty)!

Congrats again, darlin - and if you need any moral support in the coming 4 to 6 weeks (all the steps can be stressful - I have bought once before, briefly), I''m at your service!!
