Buy this house and save money on LSD.
OR
Does anyone have some aspirin?
OR
Let me OUT! I need to go meditate in Tibet.

There are 209 pics. :knockout:
I'd quickly flip through the initial 22 external pics, because the interior is where the party is.
I'd start at pic #23.

There are many detailed tile murals throughout, and a massive blue one of a tree on the exterior! :eek2:

I suspect the owner is a ceramicist as there is a room dedicated to that.
Pics 66 - 69 show potter wheels, clay, a zillion glazes, and a kiln or two.
Pretty amazing!
At first I wondered why there are so many long hallways.
But now I think the artist needed a floor plan to maximize wall space to display their art.

well, it could be a lot worse.....
i like the crocodile bit
but 11 bathrooms, who needs 11 bathrooms ?

i do love its maximisium but its a shame because someone is going to rip it all out and although it is way too much somebody really loved it

if it was dialed back say 75 percent ?
and then a bit more
and then a bit more
saddly someone will still come along and rip it all out

i think you would get tired of it after a very short while
could make an interesting hotel / B&B if planning laws allow
might make an adaptable holiday home for a very rich very eccentric family or organisation even
pass the asprin Kenny

I agree @Daisys and Diamonds and @pearlsngems, some of the aspects of the home are interesting. If they had just stopped at a few focal points, it would have made this house lovely and grand. This is just mental overload. My mind would never rest, and it would get irritating after a very short while. For me, I love the fish pool!

Kenny, are you just setting your Zillow search terms for >$25mil and seeing what you can find?

I viewed this listing a week or so ago because I know someone who lives nearby!

Kenny might be looking at r/zillowgonewild (reddit sub), which has lots of crazy links!

That's the only house in the neighborhood with solar panels so kudos to the owner. It should be mandatory that all homes in Florida have solar panels.

The interior is too visually stimulating. I can't imagine being able to relax in any of those rooms and what does all that mishmash do to the brain. Either someone with identical taste will buy it or someone will buy it, perhaps keep some of the nicer elements and gut the rest.

OT
You can not easily get insurance on a house with panels in Florida in many areas without going to the government super expensive policy.
To much panel damage from hurricanes which also damages the roof $$$$$$$$$$$.

$25 million for a fixer-upper???? :lol-2: You can't even relax outside!

Oh DUH, I forgot about the hurricanes. Please don't ask me how I could forget about hurricanes in Florida. Hint: it might have something to do with my age.

i think of the outside was paired back a bit it could have been quite impressive

this is actually what my projects ted to look like, but without the artistic talent and thankfully the scale and expensive involved
i enjoy the process so much i dont know when to stop and it becomes completly unusable

a friend of mine looked at it and said she would need to be paid 25 million to live in it !

With over $152,000 in yearly property taxes (as of 2023)!

well thats it !
im definatly not buying it now !

but i do love this croc
i think you could proabbly leave one thing in every room and it might work
i want to like the blue roof because i hate grey, grey , grey but i prefer a darker blue

never mind the 11 bathrooms, you would need several people just to dust it !

Good grief, that house is seriously outrageous! The bizarre decor is so extensively prevalent throughout the house that the only way to take it down a notch is to gut it. It's quite an accomplishment to make every room more outlandish than the next! :lol-2:

HI:

I now have a headache.

cheers--Sharon

In order to recoup some of the $25 mil price tag, I guess you could have a demolition estate sale (that's what they are called here, anyway) before gutting. Since most of the decor is actually artwork, you could sell the pieces intact: Take that door, drawer front, cabinet door, cut out that tile mosaic, etc. Then again, if you have 25mil to drop on a house, maybe your not so concerned about recouping 10-50 grand?

Yeah, I liked the crocodile too. There were some really nice doors & stained glass but it was all overwhelmed by just too much stuff. The slides looked fun and the pool is nice, the location is great. But they'd have to take out at least 95% of that stuff before I could buy it. (As if I could, lol)

Well, my 4 year old nephew would love the slide in the bedroom.

I wonder what the neighbors thought when the giant hands appeared in the back yard?

I can’t imagine being in that house for 10 minutes. I’d have a headache.

If "Everybody's so creative!" was a house.
