Woo, my new "Oval" from Whiteflash

WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO Long story short.... I UPGRADED my RB on my yellow gold band and went with a 1.58ct H/SI1 OVAL GIA Stone.... It was hand picked by Brian and it is a BEAUTY!!! My camera hasn''t been working sooo I have no hand shots yet

As always, Lesley and Vera were the BEST!!! This stone is sooooo white and bright and it just looks GREAT ON MY BAND... (PS also widen band to a 8mm width)

Thank you sooo much!!! I really like the wide look... I wear it alone or with my eternity band. I love the whiteflash oval... When they say it is a pretty diamond....you can be assured it is!!!! Can you see the what a difference in the look!!!

I really like ovals as well. I was just looking at pics of this gal''s new ring (different site), she traded in her oval ring (2 carat range) for a princess cut (3 carat range), and I was thinking to myself..WHY? The oval ring looked soooooooooo much better on her hand. (she should have left perfection alone!) I guess some people would rather choose " bigger "over shape, or overall look. The oval is a bit different and regal looking in my opinion! Good choice !!

Oh Woobug, I really could never, I mean it would be absolutely tactless for me to hijack this thread and talk about my stone...


...okay, okay, I see you sitting there in front of your monitor just begging and pleading. So,I''ll indulge you just this one time

The stone is a 1.66cts, I color, VS2 clarity I believe the proportions are 6.78 x 8.72. The pretty is locked away in FI''s safe and really, he knows all the details as he is the diamond expert (but trust me, with the help of PS, I am catching up FAST). It''s a fat little oval!! You know Woo, another thing that we have in common is that we each had a marquise as our first ering! Our setting will be inspired by this Simon G with some modifications. WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO for ovals It should be done in time for our wedding in March. Thank you for asking Woobug, it was a very nice gesture!!
