Where has Mat been lately? I haven''t seen her post in the workout thread for several days now.
Mat, you out there? How''s it going?
Okay, so I did my weigh in yesterday and I lost another 0.6 pounds.
Yay!! So I only have 31.4 more pounds to go....hee. I''m pretty happy with the progress. I mean the week before I only lost 0.2 pounds (prob because I ate so much junk), but this week I did okay with my diet.
I''m not the type to starve myself or force myself to eat something I don''t like. I LOVE FOOD! I''m a fat kid at heart because I love to eat! So I''m very proud of myself for actual not gaining weight. I hate to admit it, but so far Sam''s workout plan that he created for me is working very well. I''ve been losing weight every week for 4 weeks now. Even though the weight lost is not a huge number, I''m very happy with it. Slowly but surely, I''ll get there.
Tonight I''m going to walk to my flight of long stairs and walk back, so the usual workout. I''m probably going to do some weights when I get back from my hike.
