WTB Bezel set Diamond Pendant or Loose Round Diamond

I'm in search of a gift for my niece. She will turn 18 and graduate high school at the end of May.
Would like to buy a round stone, either MRB or OEC or would consider OMB. Size .25ct to .40ct.
Can be mounted in a bezel setting or loose stone.

Hey I have a GIA N .41 OEC.. super bright really crisp and clear much prettier in person (I have oil finger smudges all over when I took these picture...lol)and when set in WG it really won't look tinted...not like my pictures depict. The color I see is the one in the 4th picture shown with my spinel ring I'm trying to finish up another project... and willing to let it go for less than listed via FF:
