WTB Diamond Studs .80-1.2 ctw

Hello!

I am looking to buy some diamond studs for myself. My Pops recently passed away and with the small amount he left behind, my Fiancee had suggested buying something that I could wear regularly to make me think of him. I'd love to purchase them before my wedding in New Zealand at the end of this month (April 25th).

Since I spent so much time reading and researching my engagement ring on PS, I thought I would try here first for diamond studs. I think around 1 ctw would be perfect, but I'm open to sizes above and below that.

Hoping I might find someone who has upgraded and looking to sell theirs.

Do you have a range of colour/clarity you're wanting? I've got a non-ideal set of studs in this size range and I've been considering swapping to OECs instead of MRBs. I just don't know if you are specifically perusing ideal cuts - if not, mine might fit the bill.

I don't know if they specifically need to be ideal cuts.

I've been focusing my search so far on eye clean stones SI1-I1, G-I color, with as good of a cut as I can find. Open to sacrificing ideal cuts for good stones with decent sparkle.

Hi Charlotte,

I have a pair of studs that aren't listed anywhere but that I'd consider selling. They're ideal cuts from Whiteflash, 1.12 tcw (one is .55 J SI1, the other is .574 I SI1. Perfectly matched and both totally eye clean). They're set in handmade platinum bezels. I love them, but, like justginger, have been toying with the idea of getting old-cut studs instead...
