WTB IDJ jackets :)

Hi all Sadly I just missed out on the preloved 3 pointerIDJ jackets for sale on LT! I dearly wanted them and the price was just right but there was one other person ahead of me who bought

Anyways I now know how much I want a pair. I can pay around the $600 mark. Let me know if yours are not getting perhaps as much wear as you would like, or if you need funds for another project

Have you checked with IDJ to see what they currently cost? Their site lists the 5pt jackets for $950, so maybe the 3 pointers are within your reach?

Really! They probably don't cost much if any more than that. And just remember as you look for second hand pairs that they need to be the right size to fit what you want to go in them!

I have the 3 pointers and I think they were in the $600-700 range last summer. I'd just call them up directly and ask - tell Luann you want the PS jackets and the size of your studs and she can advise what would be the better fit.

I'm the person that bought the preloved jackets ahead of you I'm sorry! Well, I love them, but I'm sorry you missed out! I missed out on an awesome pendant a few months ago that I'm *still* thinking about, so I know how it feels.

Anyhow, I'd recently asked IDJ for a quote for the same 3 pointer jackets (for 5mm stones) and I'm pretty sure they were $695. Be sure to mention you're from PS so you get cherry-picked diamonds. The ones on LT were a better deal, and I'm VERY happy to finally have some, but the price difference isn't so great between preloved and new.

In any case, I want to encourage you to get some. They are amazing and totally transform my various gemstone studs.

ETA my studs are yg how do you think they'll work with wg jackets?

The color of the colored stone mounting won't matter. I would want the metal on the jackets to be as invisible as possible, so white metal. That way you can wear wg or yg studs in them!
