I have a 1.43ct OEC diamond so ideally I'm looking for a setting that will fit my diamond. However I'm open to buy both diamond (or gemstone) and setting.

My ring size is 3.75 and I'm looking for a Van Craeynest band also.

I think it might be difficult to find a preloved ring made by Jim (James) that will fit your stone, & these days Jim doesn't take other people's diamonds to my knowledge. If you have no luck buying an existing ring, Caleb Meyer, (Jim's son) I think will take other people's stones & he makes similar settings;
