WTB setting

I bought this ring over the weekend bc it was a great deal! The OMC is super white, not exactly great clarity, but I can live with the inclusions. It measures 6.5 mm by 6.0 mm and reminds me of an oval shape. I compared it to round diamonds and it definitely does not look round. I'm not crazy about the setting, so I'm look to reset into a right-hand-ring. Anyone have anything lying around that doesn't look like an e-ring?

I have a 18k white gold 1ct all G VS baguette diamonds. Half on one side of the basket and the other half on the other side. This ring really looks gorgeous if you stack a thin band of small round or princess diamonds on either side. let me know if this sounds of interest to you and I'll post some pics.
