Me: a new sapphire bracelet, estimated tcw 10 carats and change. And a shot of the flanking baguette bands I bought to wear with my three carat french cut band. I feel fancy.

braga, I think it is new this year. Hubby knows I am partial to that shade of blue. He said he had to hunt everywhere for it and he thinks he got the last one in the country, lol.

The bling elf gifted me this. It's from Israel Rose.
I always wanted a diamond cross, this is the pic from the site, it's a perfect size and the detailing is amazing. For small diamonds.35 cttw
They sparkle plenty.
Need to get a white gold chain. The one I thought I would put it on doesn't look good.

Oh I how I covet that Cartier watch! I love watches, but I have only successfully owned a Citizen Eco-Drive. My body's special magnetism kills batteries and the quartz watches I have tried so far.

Thanks! I waited a long time to get one! I have had and loved an Eco-Drive which my daughter now wears! Wish all watchmakers would go in that direction instead of batteries! My DH has the same problem wearing watches. It would be interesting to see if Eco-Drive made a difference for him.

DH did really well this year! Here's my new tsavorite ring by Alishan. Our local jewelry store was having a designer trunk show event, and we were lucky enough to meet Alishan and his wife. We also got to play with all of his wonderful designs.

I don't know anything about the specs of the stone. It is 18kt brush gold over oxidized sterling silver. The oxidation will wear to a beautiful gray color in the next few months. I love this ring!

New to me spess garnet-- how about that color! Not the greatest in-focus shot, but shows the color off well with dh's new Bears shirt. I will be starting a thread this week in CS for help with setting it into a ring!
