Robbins Brothers Review: These pages may reference products from companies that help to support PriceScope.
Robbins Bros provides one of the best brick-and-mortar retail experiences. The service they provide in-store is better than most other retailers, with the exception of high-end luxury retailers, such as Tiffany & Co. Their salespeople are talented and they offer a great selection of engagement rings.
Robbins Brothers describe itself as “the engagement ring store.” Does it live up to its claims?
You can certainly get a stunning diamond at Robbins Bros, but you need to be a discerning consumer, as with any major purchase.

Robbins Brothers, founded in 1921 on the west coast of the United States, has a long, storied history. They have successfully expanded in Texas and briefly ventured into the Midwest market. As well as continuing to expand in Seattle, the company has opened a store in the Phoenix/Scottsdale area.
Even though the company’s roots go back to the family-owned independent jeweler, calling it that today would be a bit of an overstatement. After the Robbins family went bankrupt in 2009, the company was long ago handed over to investment firms after the Robbins family lost control over the company.
Through all of this, the stores are still popular in their respective areas. Today, the brand has a total of 15 physical stores, and the presence of an online store has only helped the company grow further. Robbins Brothers also provide diamond cleaning and inspection services whenever you visit them in store – just another part of their stellar service.
Grading Authority
Despite Robbins Brothers’ excellent service, their diamonds don’t hold up.
There’s a wide variety of product choices both online and in stores at Robbins Brothers. Unfortunately, some of the choices are of sub-par quality. For example, Echo diamonds are poorly cut with IGI certificates.
You don’t find a wide variety of items on Robbins Brothers. If you’re daydreaming about a classic design, you might find it here. It’s definitely more suited to those who want something timeless. Think classic halo and solitaire, nothing too extravagant.
The Robbins Diamonds website has been kept simple and easy to use. With options broken down clearly to choose from, it’s easy to find what you’re looking for.
You can get a fairly clear image of the ring and the relevant information by viewing a setting online. Online shoppers can schedule a virtual viewing, which enables you to feel more confident about the quality of the ring you’re buying.
A little further down the page, you’ll find a handy table with all the details to choose from, such as the side stone, metal choice, center stone, and anything else worthy of note.
Everything on the site is easy to maneuver, as opposed to other sites that make you search forever for something simple.
The ring settings Robbins Brothers carries are quite beautiful and typically quite affordable, it is not difficult to see why someone would have their interest piqued by these. However, as mentioned previously, it doesn’t have a very comprehensive range and is more suitable for classic designs.
Some of our vendors offer special collections of diamonds chosen for excellence in cut quality. Check out our reviews for Blue Nile, Whiteflash and James Allen branded diamonds to discover the perfect piece for you.
Robbins Brothers offers one of the largest selections of ring settings under one roof. While Robbins Brothers do offer in-store viewings and online virtual viewings, the lack of online information makes a quick comparison nearly impossible. It’s a given that when shopping online, you will get a lot more value for your money.
Still, Robbins Brothers’ physical stores offer an experience that is unique and provides a more memorable moment.
In some cases, the experience of walking into a store, seeing engagement rings in person, and having the assistance of a committed salesperson is more valuable than saving some money by shopping online.
When you visit a Robbins Brothers jewelry store, you can expect to enjoy a refreshing, friendly experience, which is a far cry from some of the pushy, sales-focused jewelry stores we’ve seen. This is undoubtedly the brand’s greatest asset.
Settings: The settings available at Robbins Brother are beautiful, and you should easily find a ring that captures you in-store or online. Compared to other retailers, the settings are comparatively more affordable, thus enabling you to choose a better diamond.
Brands: Robbins Brothers hold some of the most sought-after engagement ring designer brands, such as Tacori, Verragio, Simon G, and Gabriel New York.
Return Policy: Robbins Brothers have a 30-day satisfaction guarantee, where items can be returned for a full refund or exchanged if returned in the same manner in which they were purchased.
Trade-In: Robbins Brothers offer a 110% value trade-in on your diamond engagement ring, provided the new item is twice the original price of the ring being traded in.

In the same way that Tiffany’s has its classic blue box, Robbins Brothers have its iconic light-up box that illuminates any setting wonderfully.
The box holds the ring securely in a padded slot, oriented so that it’s face up and presented to the best advantage when the box is opened. Providing a nice glimpse of the care and attention that went into selecting the diamond, these boxes are perfect for proposing, displaying the brilliance and sparkle of the diamond.

Robbins Brothers’ website is straightforward and easy to navigate. You can shop rings and diamonds by type, style, and designers and collections, making it relatively easy to find what you’re looking for.
The website is heavily focused on the brand’s physical stores, with a page that explains what to expect when you visit. You can easily make an appointment through the website.
It is true that Robbins Brothers offers a fulfilling shopping experience that is impossible to find in most physical jewelers. Be that as it may, the catch is that this experience comes with a significant price hike, and for many, which may not be worth the extra money spent.
The settings and diamonds available at Robbins Brothers are lovely if you have a keen eye for the best of the bunch.
