Yesterday at Parc. I love this restaurant and I always order the same thing. Chicken liver parfait, french onion soup warm shrimp salad. My husband had moules frites. And we shared crème brûlée for dessert. I have not eaten there since last year so it was about time.

Veggie lasagna (no noodles) with zucchini, broccoli mushrooms, bell peppers, fresh tomatoes, lots of parsley, and sun dried tomatoes.

I need to do those again! They were so good! We managed to rust/burn through our grill so just got a new one delivered today. Hoping that will give some smoking options until we can get the actual smoker set up. Lots more burn bans in this area than the previous house. Maybe not more, but more critical. The last house had a big clear space with a fire proof pad. This one has lots more trees around and is more prone to gusty winds. I don't want to be the person to start the next forest fire!
