Okay, I do dream of larger and inaccessible rocks, but this ring was an unexpected and beautiful addition to my little jewelry collection for this past Christmas and anniversary!
First, I owe Bill Pearlman of Pearlman's Jewelers much gratitude for his kindness in discounting his line of Beaudry...
Alright, I've been wanting to post this, but I was waiting till DH actually gave it to me, which he did last night at midnight. So I guess it's ok now :) I apologize in advance for the super long post!
Back story: When DH and I got engaged in 2011, I didn't know much about diamonds or...
I'm engaged! My amazing fiance proposed on 12/21/12 and it couldn't have been a more perfect, more magical day.

Many of you might remember I upgraded my ER to a 3.33c OEC last summer from OWD. I had it set into a basic temp 6 prong setting, which served my purposes quite well. I actually loved how the temp came out as the prongs were super amazing and the whole thing was light as a feather and really put...
Let me just say that this strand exceeded all expectations I had from seeing Catherine's pictures. The pictures just don't capture the light output it produces. I feel like there are projectors uplighting my face when I wear this strand. Not a bad effect at any age :naughty:.

This forum has been a great educational tool for myself when I was researching diamonds, designs etc. and I have saved and showed many pictures to my jeweller.
As such, here is my contribution back, the pictures of my own e-ring. I wanted something that was simple, very delicate looking, and...
I would like to share pictures of the pendant that I recently received from Mark at ERD. The stone is an amethyst that I purchased on Ebay earlier this year, just shy of 12 carats and 12.5mm square. I sent it to Mark along with a few inspiration pictures and his team came up with this design :
I just received my glamor shots from BGD and I am so excited and happy!!
My original ring was a rose gold trellis three stone too... but as you can see from the glamor shots- it was nowhere near what I wanted from my engagement ring... too wide for me and not delicate enough. No one else could...
Hi all,
I'm looking for a thin elongated baguette eternity band. I'm finding many jewelers don't keep these in stock. Any pictures you all could share would be great! I'm considering a baguette only or a baguette and round band.
Also, any feedback on baguette bands would be great. Thanks!
(whoa - could I throw a few more acronyms in there?!?!? )
I posted my DBL visit and all the lovelies I saw there, and apologize for the delay in posting the IDJ visit! Lizzyann requested to see what treasures I found at IDJ, so I'm happy to share my visit with Luann and Yekutiel!
There...
Long time lurker, new poster.
Let me say this: anyone, any newbie (such as I was a mere 6 months ago) worrying about an online jewelry purchase, relax. It's all good.
My chosen vender: Whiteflash. Who sourced the stones, did the ring design, top to bottom. Painless, in fact a little bit...
My sweet husband saved for a long time to get me some major bling for our 20th anniversary. I've ogled rings on PS literally for years looking for the perfect ring. Over time I learned I like a lot of different shapes and styles. I'd love a honking OEC, a big pear-- the list could go on and on...
I am too excited to wait till I get the ring to tell PSer's... So, here is the story first.
A tax refund (an Australian term that means money coming back to me after submitting a tax return), is coming my way!!!!! Happy dance, happy dance!!!!
So, I thought I would buy something nice for me...
Video by Perry Chen/ Leon Mege of my nikked diamond. As you know, Perry sourced the diamond for me. I've been begging him for some pics and he did even better, he shot this video. YAY!! Thank you, Perry. Muack!

Hello! I am working on uploading a few photos of my *new to me* 2.70 I - VS1 emerald diamond set in Tacori's 1.30tcw 3 stone HT2273.
The diamond was an extended family member's whom never used it in an intended engagement ring. No bad karma, just chose a different path for their center stone...
Hello Pricescopers! I’ve been lurking on this site for years and rarely post, but now that I have a lovely engagement ring, I wanted to share!
I’ve always loved the classic Tiffany solitaire and dreamed of getting a ring in a blue box one day, but after doing some research on this forum, I...
I wanted to share my new ring created for me by Steven Kirsch. LONG story short......I wasn't entirely pleased with the way my previous ring was set so I finally decided to have it set properly & by a true artist who is known for his remarkable settings. I should have sought the expertise of...
Hi everyone! My Single Stone reset featuring my RB --> OEC recut is finally done! For those who haven't read my story, check out my previous thread discussing the recut process: https://www.pricescope.com/community/threads/rb-to-oec-recut-before-and-after-pics.177547/
I want to start out by...
More than a year ago, I was lucky enough to snag a gorgeous 3.70 ct. mandarin spess garnet from Litnon.
It's taken more than a year of arduous hunting to find a setting for it, and I was so impatient to wear it that I was sorely tempted to just stick it in a temp setting. Thankfully, I held...
Hi everyone!
It was requested in an earlier thread that I display my current collection of RB diamonds. So I decided to take advantage of the sunny weather today and take a few pics of my rings. For those of you interested in seeing what a 3 stone, 5 stone, halo or pave eternity band would...
Gday all,
Thank you everyone here for all the help selecting a setting and a diamond.
Just showing you all the results of your hard work, and what it means to people!
Cheers,
Dan
I noticed there has been plenty of AVC lovin' here, and very little attention for AVRs... so for those of you that are considering AVRs, here are some of my pics of my new RHR (and summer sausage finger LHR)
All 3 stones are J VS1, the center stone is 0.60 ct and each side is 0.46 ct set in...
hi guys
i think i am officially in love!!! just got my purplish pink yesterday and it is soooooo beautiful. never saw a diamond that pretty before. i am also posting pics of a natural light pink that i have. this stone is not graded as fancy. dint know how hard it is to capture the exact color...
For my recent ten year anniversary, I received a beautiful 1.43ctw GOG AVC five stone band in a platinum Vatche trellis setting. The diamonds are all K VS2 and either .28 or .29 ct each. They measure approximately 3.9 x 3.8 mm. The ring is a size 7.25 (which is usually a touch large except in...
Seeing as how I added some bling to my collection during my PS hiatus, I figured I'd better post a few pics before you ladies send the bling police over here. :errrr:
I don't remember if these got posted before or not. They're WF pre-set .25 CTW ACA's. I wanted a tiny pair of studs...
so i initially contacted IDJ regarding wedding bands, then got distracted by huggies, and then studs. ended up totally losing the plot and getting the studs first haha :rodent:
one is 0.43 and the other is 0.44, both GIA G SI2 (eye clean) ex/ex/ex and measuring just under 5mm each. the...
Once upon a time my husband bought me a little spinel from ACS for Valentine's day.
Valentine Spinel stats: Round Spinel, 0.65ct 5.2mm pink/lavender, eyeclean
Then I asked Barry for a matched pair of spinels. He did his best but none were up to his standards. So I sat on my haunches. For...
Hi ladies and gents! :wavey:
I have been eyeing this ring off for what seems like years (actually, I think it has been years!) on the Diamonds by Lauren website. I have always loved the soft yellow of the centre diamond, the style, the fact that it is exactly my size, everything! I pondered on...
Hi all, I'm so delighted to say that my sweet man proposed three weeks ago - not completely out of the blue, but out of the blue-ish. There's lots I could say, but most of it is just relevant to us - and most of that is said. But it was perfect and involved a sunny beech wood, dog walking...
Welcome back to Las Vegas and JCK 2012, where the diamonds, gems, jewelry and topics are as hot as the weather! It's the second year this long-running annual show has been hosted at Mandalay Bay ~ and everything seems to be running smoothly.
