I purchased this sapphire from Desert Rose last July. This is a beautiful stone, very lively and with a lovely purplish-pink color. It is an oval, 8.0mm x 6.4mm and 1.57ct per DR. I purchased this sapphire for $876, including shipping. I am only selling her because I need to pay some bills. Price is $700 (please add 3.9% if using PP goods and services), including shipping and insurance in the US. Please ask if you want more photos. ​

This unique color is rare to find - shifting from warm fuchsia pink, to purplish pink, with highlights of neon coral. This natural sapphire comes from Ilakaka Madagascar. I’m finding that my favorite pink-purple sapphires are usually Madagascan, because they have a neon pop that makes them lively and vivid. Nothing flat about this one - the color depth and personality are awesome! This sapphire is also a pretty large facing stone, weighing 1.57cts and measuring 8.0x6.4mm. Nice big size for a ring or pendant. The luster is more shimmery and pretty than I captured in pics. It’s eye clean and completely untreated! A unique, one of a kind eye-catching color." ​
