Some of you may recognize this diamond since I purchased it from another PS user. I had it reset in a custom Jbeg setting. I am in LOVE with it, almost as much as I am with my fiancé.

Stats:
1.75ct Old European Cut diamond, L color, VVS2 clarity

My camera is broken, so I just have a couple of cell phone shots and a few from jbeg.

Congratulations! I've seen that diamond in person and it is beautiful, and you created such an amazing setting for it! I love the prongs!
 
Thank you! For some reason the prongs are much more pronounced in photographs. In person they blend in much more and the stone looks kind of like a cushion cut in the setting from a distance.

THANK YOU GemFever for everything. I'm overwhelmed by these responses. I need to take some more photos and post later. The ring is size 7.5, it's a tad loose, to the point where it makes me a bit uneasy, but I didn't want it to squeeze my extra finger pudge!

My grandmother had a beautiful OEC that I admired for years and went to my very deserving sister in law. So I'm over the moon to have created something similar, that I can look at and reminds me of Nana.

All the people that saw my ring today said, "WHOA! That thing SPARKLES!" another comment was, "It looks blue." Which I'm not sure if that is a compliment or not. ha.

In low restaurant light. Still a stunner in my eyes. Everyone who has seen pics and real life said that they were really surprised how much more they like it in person. It sparkles like CRAZY.
