This is a “one off” bangle. It is approx 9cm across and is to be worn above the elbow. In Either platinum or white gold are set 22 x .10 carat diamonds in fine round bezel setting and 23 x .05 diamonds set in a square shape setting. Just over 3 carats total. They are white and well cut. The diamonds cover above 3/4 of the bangle or 7 and 1/4 inches worth of diamonds. The bangle width is 1 cm and depth is 1.8mm. The outside finish is a brushed gold. Hallmarked 18ct and weighs 78 grams (had to use my food scales - too heavy for my gem scale ha ha).
I don’t know if the bangle could be made smaller ie to wear as a wrist bangle. It might involve removing the diamonds or “cutting the setting sections apart” to enable a smaller round shape to be created. As a smaller bangle the diamonds would likely go all the way around.
Current melt value is around $3,500 plus the diamonds, hence my $4,000 asking price.
Will list on loupe Troop if interest is shown.

What a beautiful and unique piece. Dust for quick sale.

That’s lovely! Good luck with the sale Bron!! ❤️

Did anyone else calculate the circumference of a 9 cm diameter and try to figure out if that would fit around their bat wings?

I tried! Correct me if I’m wrong…I think a perfect circle with a diameter of 9 cm would be 28.27 cm in circumference (11.13 inches). Maybe that info could help enable someone here? I was disappointed the size doesn’t work for my wing because this bangle is soo lovely!

Is worn just above the elbow and I have meaty arms myself. It’s snug on me but not uncomfortable. The issue for me is the last time I had occasion to wear it… 10 years ago?

thank goodess it probably wouldnt fit me or i would want this soooooo bad

While this piece is lovely above the elbow I truly think it would be divine as a bicep bracelet— which is en vogue! According to Vogue! The Bicep Bracelet Is Back

I highly urge you Goddesses with toned arms fit for this treasure to jump on it. Before I give in, and liposuck enough fluff out of my triceps to make it work for me.

Yous all are too funny.
It’s a fabulous piece, I’m sure it’s a one off and it always got “wow” when I wore it. I bought it, um, 30 years ago from a fancy antique / vintage shop that used to exist.
For any Sydney Siders, remember/ recall the Antique Centre that was on South Dowling Street?
Gone, sadly.
What a treasure trove of different wares. Turned into some sort of Ad agency.

Thus is so gorgeous! I sure don't want to bring any extra attention to that part of my body, sadly, otherwise I'd be buying ASAP

I kid you not this piece has inspired me to start doing more targeted tricep exercises at the gym for the past month. Alas spot reduction is a myth.

Good incentive to keep upsizing. ;)

Beautiful, but alas, my cafeteria lady arms do not allow such extravagance.

Thinking to myself, will this fit over my heel so I could wear it as an anklet?

I think it may slam against the foot - typically anklets are delicate and chain like to move .. it may be too rigid for that and also I think risk of losing the diamonds is there..

I just gotta chime in to say I love this piece too (sadly outside my kick coverage!) and I especially love all the comments.
You guys are all awesome :)
