Diamond Band:

Purchase Price: 1,030

All offers will be considered. I will sell them separately or individually.

You should share the sizes of the rings, and do you have them posted for sale anywhere?

Are they both yellow gold?

The three stone is size 7 and the band is 7.5.

I have them listed on "I do now I don't". Am I allowed to share the link here? Or will that violate rules?

I think you can post those links.

I listed some moissanite rings I had made to wear while pregnant on that site. It took a loooooooong time (and a fraud complaint filed with the Attorney General) to get paid. I was not the only person who filed a criminal complaint; I know this because I was contacted by law enforcement.

Be careful.

Oh wow! Thank you for the warning.

Do you have any other suggestions to where I should list these items? I am wary of ebay, and Facebook Marketplace is too public for my comfort level.

Loupetroop.com or Diamondbistro.com or two that come to mind with no fees for seller or buyer. Do beware though, I had an issue with a buyer once.

Loupetroop seems like the place to go here on PS. That was my first time selling jewelry (outside of a pawn shop in the Bronx when I was a teenager :lol-2:) so I cannot advise.

Thank you both!!!

I sold several items on IDNID in 2019 to early 2020. Every time it took way too long to get paid though it eventually happened.
I’ve sold some lesser pieces on EBay but the listing fee was higher than expected ( I think 12.5% ). I’ve bought from fellow PS ers on LoupeTroop and was satisfied with the outcome.

I second LT and DB. FWIW, I been buying and selling for years. Haven't had a problem...yet. The only time I could think of was when I bought a preloved colored stone that ended up having a very, very small chip on it. So small that it's possible that I chipped it myself in the short time I had it. It does help I think that I try to stick with active members of PS as much as possible. Maybe cuz if the transaction goes south, we have a greater chance of "confronting" the other party than if it was completely anonymous?

Thanks again for all of the valuable insight!

Question:
If a potential buyer asks for a copy o the lab report, is it safe to send it? I have it, but want to make sure I won't open myself up to any type of fraud by sharing images/copies of it.

I always send it. I consider it part of the sale when I'm selling a "certed" stone, which would be priced accordingly anyways.

I would cover up any identification/serial numbers if it’s a potential buyer. They can have the original after the purchase is complete.
