Hi all,
I am looking at two different platinum settings for a 0.51ct round F VS1 stone.

What does everyone think?

Number 2

My vote goes for #2.

I vote for #2 as well.

another #2

#2 for sure. #1 is nice but that head will be covering up more the diamond around the pavilion...would make it harder to clean too. #2 is a classic...you''ll see more of the diamond from the side.

~~I like the top view of #1, with the side view of #2... but my vote is for #2.

Definitely #2! Love it!

I vote for #2 and it''s so classy can''t go wrong with it

Thank you all,

I was already heading towards number 2 so your opinions are great!

Should be ordering today or tomorrow!!

wow looks like I''m a little late to vote on this one.. But I also say # 2 . I went to the jewelry store yesterday and looked at a .50ct in a setting almost just like that and it was so classic... I don''t think you could go wrong with that one.

#2

love that tiff design

No 2 all the way. It''s beautiful.

I love # 2!!!

Definately #2, very classic and elegant!

Glad you''re going with #2 - I think 6 prongs is more than enough to secure your stone. 8 prongs could be a little overwhelming.
