I saw a similar item today, but it was Siena Miller''s 20k stone (think it was in the nypost''s page six I think?) from her e-ring....she thought it had come out in her mitten and her mitten was lost.
To this I saw a big whatever. 1) It''s May. Is it so cold that she needs mittens? and 2) have you guys seen her ring? It''s a BUTTON ring--a cluster ring, so there is no big old 20k center.
Now on the other hand, if it WAS Beyonce, I buy it more, but isn''t a 20k stone a bit SMALL for her taste?? (And I didn''t know they were officially engaged either.)

Sienna''s ring is an antique ring, not a little 80s style cluster ring, so from what I''ve read, it''s value is greater than one would expect.Date: 5/2/2005 6:16:40 PM

The 20K is pounds not dollars. For a cluster ring, that''s way over-priced.
I''m thinking the entire antique ring, not the lost diamond, is valued at $20K. . .the article is probably wrong about the detailsDate: 5/2/2005 6:35:53 PM

I saw this gossip piece I thought it sounded off, knowing that there wasn''t ONE central rock that''d be likely to be worth 20k...unless???....would just being a historic antique make the stone alone worth more?
