Oh man! I'd LOVE to see these.
I can only imagine the effect of so many large diamonds.

... but many of us here on PS have pink diamonds that are much more pink than the Queen's pink.
Perhaps we could put them on display and the Queen could buy a ticket to see them - as long as she passed through the metal detector and was not permitted to photograph them.

She's probably look right at them and say, "Where are they?. . . Oh thooooooose tiny dots?"

This Queen lady, she buys a lot of gemstones and has a lot of leisure time. She probably has a high speed internet connection, so I am thinking she could well be one of us! Fess up and invite us all over for a GTG at the palace.

Truly spectacular stone. I'm not very moved by the brooch though. The biggest problem for me is that large stones tend to lose the ability to be understated and elegant. A lot of the time it just tends towards gaudy to me. But of course, my opinion doesn't matter

Very famous brooch. The diamond isn't a vivid pink but it's top-notch & the whole schmoo is B.I.G. Hey, if you're Queen of England you get to deck yourself out! If it were me, I'd even wear some of that bling on my jammies.
