It's got 66 depth and faces up pretty much where it should for a 2 carat cushion. But there is no set 'size' for a 2 carat cushions as there are many different faceting plots and to get best performance some have to be very deep, others can be relatively shallow.

Cushions face up significantly smaller than rounds, ovals, pears and marquise of the same carat weight. It's just the nature of the cut. Asschers, princesses, square radiants all have this quirk too.

So, yes. To those used to looking at 2 carat rounds who don't know that cushions of the same weight will face up smaller, your cushion won't look like what their mental picture of a 2 carat stone is. But... that's irrelevant. For a cushion, it faces up as it should for its weight.

Price is fine. I can't tell you anything more from your pics and the information provided.

Thank you so much! :appl: I was debating if I should go bigger. I believe I got a good deal. I'll keep her.

I don't know what size fingers you have, but that diamond looks huge on you. It's gorgeous. I wouldn't be too worried if I were you.

Looks beautiful on you! Love the D color.

The D colour is absolutely smashing.
I can see the quality of the stone from here! (other side of the planet)

Totally apart from the hugely desirable colour and clarity, the size is gorgeous in my view - you've got bang on the sweet spot with a really sizeable stone while still retaining a lovely wearable elegance.

It really is the most flattering proportion! The thin shank is extremely flattering ...the new classic! I have a similar setting myself, and I love it, years and years on.

If I was 'Bunny', that ring would be GLUED to my finger for the next DECADE. ::)
