3 stone with Yellow Radiant and 2 white Princess?

Would this look any good? Or do people not normally use princess for a 3 stone? I am trying to repurpose my 1ctw princess cut earrings as I haven't had any interest in them when I tried to sell!

Just wondering if anyone has something similar they could show? Or if this would look completely ridiculous!

Totally depends on the faceting pattern and the LxW ratio of the princess stones, next to the radiant’s shape and facet patterning.
Maybe even the style of the setting.

I would ask DBL @Rockdiamond if he has any princess cuts in about your size that he could put up
next to that stone and send you a picture. I think it could work but a picture would surely show us!

I have steadfastly avoided advising folks based on what others have done....
What I mean to say is....you might find folks that vehemently disagree with using princesses next to a radiant.
If you love princess cuts next to a radiant, I don't give a rat's butt what those people think.....

Plus- each stone tells it's own story- so what might look bad next to one radiant might look amazing next to another stone.
Why don't we put the stone between a pair of colorless princess cuts and see how it looks!

Isn't that radiant so pretty!! and I think it looks even more yellow with the white stones by it. I agree it would be awesome to see .5 on each side, I am a bit surprised at how bit the .35's look on each side to be honest!

Agree about the corners, I like the corners of the radiant better. I am not a huge princess cut fan in general, but I have them and am not wearing them as earrings!

No idea about how princess cuts would look next to the radiant, but OMG the radiant is TDF (coming from someone who usually doesn't like radiant cuts haha)

Thanks so much, this was really helpful! I think I am going to have to save up for a larger center stone as I like a bit more of a contrast in size.

Does anyone have any thoughts on that ratio of center to side stones?

I think the combo of yellow radiant and white princess looks amazing! But I do think the ratio is a bit off and a bigger centre stone would look better.

You could halo the centre stone though, with yellow melee, (and possibly also set the centre in a yellow cup) and that would help with the proportions I think!!

OK- I'll admit that I feel the same.....the 1ct total weights seem to overwhelm the yellow.....

What about if you did a yellow diamond halo around the center radiant? I think that would balance out the larger princess cuts (e.g only halo the center stone, not the princess cuts).
