WTB 3mm to 4mm old cut diamond single or pair

Looking for an approx 4mm match to an oec or maybe to buy a pair of matched oec/rosecut/omc in the 3 to 4mm range if anyone has loose stones or studs you aren't using. Not picky on color at all. I'm having a gypsy ring made and don't love the diamond pairs I have on hand..(ya know ...ok for earrings but not together in a ring...)
 
I have a really nice pair of loose 3.5mm rose cut diamonds from africa gems. They are GH color and SI1 clarity. They are lovely. Let me know if you’d be interested.
 
Hi and thank you for posting @Greyhound girl ! I'm actually waiting for a PS'er to check her safe deposit box to see if she still has a 4mm oec I sold her as I have a perfect match for it. But definetly interested in the rosecuts as a plan b. Do you have any pics?

@CHRISTY-DANIELLE I'm also looking for side stones (2-3mm, OEC only) for a gypsy ring! If you find anything that doesn't fit your bill but fits mine, please let me know.

Hi, I have two loose single old European cuts - one is 3.17 and another one is 3.8mm

Yes but currently have too many other items I'm trying to get set! I still would like to find one nice 4mm oec to match one I have for a 3 stone.

Would a 3.8mm OEC posted above would be a close enough match for your 4mm search?

Ah well then it sounds like I don’t have a good fit. I have a pair of high colored OECs (0.25carats each) that I had in my 3 stone

I think they are a hair over 4mm but I’ll measure

I would think about holding on to them! What if you want to do drop earrings in the future or want side stones for a colored stone? They are hard to find- matching high color.

I’m sorry! I will definitely give it some thought. @elizat is right about one thing …they were HARD to find bc of their color and match. Sako went through about 13 carats of loose stones before finding anything.

They are estimated at E/F. They’d cost more too, so if high color isn’t something you lust after it won’t be hard to find something different
 
@Cerulean -- if you do decide to sell your OEC pair and if @CHRISTY-DANIELLE passes, I am definitely interested ... no worries if you choose to keep them of course
 
I'm not a high color gal...my e-ring oec is an N! I'm just hoping for two little puffy crowned oec's as the center emerald stone is cut that way. ( We all know you gotta have that puffy profile ;) )

Totally get it! I’m a color freak and I want it with old cuts too which is…a tricky combo!

But we can all agree on them chunky profiles!!!
 
@Diamondgirl1702 I was looking at your ring, but I need to calm down the purchases:lol:. Holiday time is fun, but I always end up buying more for me than I should! I may be in touch if it’s still around when I’m ready! Pretty ring!
