5-Stone Simon G question

I am in the market for a 5-Stone Simon G ring. I have found one in Rockland County and am pricing around. There was a post on here regarding it but I am unable to contact the person. I am trying to get the serial Number. The jeweler I was at couldn''t give me that info. The reason I am looking is to quote around.

I do not believe any of the Pricescope vendors carry simon g so you best bet might be to go to simon g''s website and call a few of the retailers listed and see if they can price it out for you. Is there a picture of the ring on their website?

Try contacting Kranichs. You will likely find the ring on their site. They have a questionable reputation due to their sales tactics (they are persistent and pushy), but gave me the best deal I could find on a Simon G ring. It would be best if you shop around and have an idea what others are charging because they will likely make an effort to top the best 'real deal' that you present. Having done business with them, I would also suggest that you get their 'best offer,' provide them with your contact info, tell them you want to give it some thought, and give them a day to get back to you. They WILL call, and will likely offer slighly less than their previous 'best offer.'

I am working with a highly recommended NYC jeweler as well as a Diamond wholesale dealer. He is trying to custom make it for me. I did some pricing online for the heck of it. I found the ring at a jeweler for $3500 best offer. I went to blue Nile just to figure the price of the stones and with the same quality as the ring 1500-5200. I also tried less quality since these are the side diamonds 1150-4200 now that does not include the small diamonds all the way around the ring and/or the 18c gold ring itself. I would love to see if I can take 1k off at least. We should have more info on Monday from the jeweler who stated should be approx 1K for the gold ring w/o diamonds.

My e-ring and wedding band are Simon G. E-ring is from Deena Jewelers in NYC, they also have a shop on ebay called 5thAveJewelers or something like that. We got the wedding band from Richter Phillips. We priced around a bunch and they offered the best prices. Good luck!

As far as finding the model number, I''d do a google search. Some of the jewelers that carry Simon G do use the Simon G model number on their websites.

DONE Deal I went back to my original jeweler and purchased a custom made 5 stone Simon G setting. They use AutoCAD and the work on some of the pieces they made are excellent. 2.11 SI1 H 18K the ring that has 4 (2 on each side) VS2 F color and 24 .1 diamonds around the rest of the band for 2400 20,600 total. The SI1 is so nice its so close to a VS2 the jeweler was shocked it was a SI1. after 3 months of researching negotiating with numerous jewelers, wholesalers this fell in my budget the first shot and I feel confident dealing with a jeweler in the business for over 25 years. Thanks for all members on this board who helped. There is a wealth of info on these forums.
