Here is my big blue zircon ring. It is supposed to be "unheated" but we all know what a can of worms that opens up. So I'll just say here is my fabulous blue zircon after a repolish. Zircon has been one of my favorite stones for a LONG time. I have read/heard about how brittle they are, but that has not been an issue for me. After several years of daily wear, I have just had the factets repolished, no chips etc.

First picture with a flash, second without.

:lickout: YUMMY!!! Oh boy, that looks incredible!! I love the colour and the brushed setting - super cool!!! Can you post a profile shot of the ring??? and any details about the setting - that is really neat :appl:

It is a very cheap silver ring. I get them at jamminggems.

Beautiful - LOVE that color!

Love Blue Zircon, thats a nice one!

Question if I may...who did the repolishing for you? I'd love to know who I could go to for this, if its something I ever want to do.

So you think every few years the Zircons could use re-polishing? Was this expensive to have done?

Anyways, its a great stone, the silver ring is cool too.

Pentagon Gem Cutters in Los Angeles. I think they are great. Very reasonable to repolish. I am going to send them a BIG purple spinel I broke. Hopefully they can salvage it 0.o I only repolished because I could see a little facet abrasion. I am pretty picky lol! But again, I wear it every day.

oooooo it's gorgeous. i love blue zircon. i have never had a problem with my blue zircon ring either and i wear it quite often.

Love it!

It's so sparkly! I love the sparkle with the texture of the metal.
ETA: the profile looks great too.

First cads from Lee Krombholz came today. I decided on a "mogul" style ring, and it is going to be amazing :)
