A wedding ring for under $1500?

Ouf...this thread is killing me. I want them all!
Can’t wait to see what OP gets.

@foxinsox, wow, great finds I absolutely love love love that first one you listed, she has so many beautiful things in her shop.

I know right! I’ve been stalking this one
https://etsy.me/2IyTtag but someone finally bought it :cry2: served me right for not doing anything about it!

Ugh, hate when that happens, really pretty ring you had you're eye on too, but you know, maybe there is something even better waiting for you to discover it :Up_to_something2:

hahaha I hope so!
I do have the problem that I’m shopping with NZ $$ AND I also probably have enough rings given I never wear anything other than my wedding set on my left hand and max 2-3 on my right. And I’m not much for lots of change.
And yet, I can’t stop looking at pretty shiny things :P2

@foxinsox, it's a definite sickness, although with my latest diamond I haven't had the desire to look at all. Granted haven't had it that long either but I think this will keep me happy for a while.

I hear ya foxinsox, it doesn't help that I work for a jewellery valuer either! So much choice!

There is most definitely a lot on eBay! And the hunt can be fun :) The very first day I decided to search for an e-ring on ebay, there was a 0.85ct mine cut solitaire for $900. Of course as ten minutes after I decided to approach my fiancee about it, somone bought it :(

From the same shop foxinsox mentioned... This is not typical, but I think it is really delicate and pretty with still a lot of finger coverage!

A little more traditional. And leaves a good $450 for a band...

The Ritani piece on Loupetroop is classic.

The 4 stone OEC ring posted in my personal favorite. Such impeccable craftsmanship! Though maybe not too typical of an e-ring.

This is a bit above your budget, but a french cut cluster? So cool!

Some final offerings from fortekitty and then I will leave you be.

This is my fave so far, but I am a sucker for antique rings. You could pair with a simple band for $1500.

A super cheap but classic token set. An option if you want to save up for something more later, or, for this price, buy a small, beautifully cut diamond to replace the one here.

Lastly, out of budget, but classic and beautiful and big (and definitely looks way more expensive...)

This group of passionate people always rises to the occasion! Well done everyone, what an awesome response <3 <3 <3

This is a fun search! A few more:

https://ivyandrose.com/products/1-3...-cocktail-ring-art-deco-big-statement-antique a bit over budget but I am not sure a band would be neccessary

https://ivyandrose.com/products/g-v...ring-18k-329bcf97-ee16-465c-a1e1-43318d8db634 different with sapphires but eye catching

https://ivyandrose.com/products/1-4...-diamond-engagement-ring-double-halo-cocktail 11.2mm*7.2mm is pretty good finger coverage, I would double check about the centre diamond being eye clean though

Is the original poster still around on this thread?

Hi everyone. I can’t thank you all enough for all of your wonderful suggestions. I’m still looking and deciding and I will post when I choose! Thanks again so much!

You are all so lovely and have such beautiful taste.

I could do plenty with 1500 but i really would need to know what you’re looking for

I would order an ideal cut diamond from Bluenile or other vendor, I color, slightly under 1/2 carat in 6 prong white gold setting and matching white gold band. You should be able to get both for around 1500.
