Advice on pink spinel!

I have been searching for a large carat hot pink spinel and found these, would love to hear your opinions. TIA!

I suspect obvious off symmetry which has been artfully disguised. I think the culet is likely to be quite off-centered. Unfortunately, the video does not play for me so I cannot confirm this. The stone could be on the cusp of what is considered shallow as well, the pavilion doesn't look right in the upside down picture. I am also leery of the size and location of the inclusion.

The second spinel is strongly orange and has a window large enough to drive my lawnmower through. The center will be completely see through, devoid of colour and "dead", with the colour only on the outer rim.

They say clarity wise it's "vs". I suspect you will be able to see that inclusion very easily without the aid of a loupe, so I'm not sure what they mean by "vs". Honestly, overseas Ebay vendors make me very nervous.

I'm not sure Ebay would be a place I'd look for a hot pink spinel. People here have bought nice stones on Ebay, but I think you have to know who the trusted sellers are. Because there is a lot of junk on Ebay. Of course maybe some people here on PS may have more knowledge than I do on Ebay stones and can offer their opinions. Just glancing at the photos very quickly (I didn't scroll down to see if there was a video or anything) I'm guessing the first one might be kind of purple and the second one is probably sort of shallow.
