Hello all,
So, finally I popped the question yesterday and she said YES.

I had purchased a Tiffany Novo three weeks ago and posted some pictures before (Thread name: Tiffany Novo: Ring is here). Holding on to the ring for that long was one of the toughest things I ever have to do. Regardless, she loved the ring and she doesn’t even want to return it for resizing (for about 7days). We will have it resized and post more pictures, but meanwhile here are a few snaps. Its 0.73 carat, G color and VVS1 clarity.

Thanks

Nice! There's nothing like the original.

What a classy ring, the novo is one of favorite Tiffany settings

Congratulations! It looks so lovely & elegant!

I love the Novo and I am sure she was thrilled! :appl:

Just a word of advice. If you size a ring when the weather is not hot, you need to make it a little loose to allow for more swollen fingers in the heat and humidity. Also, an e-ring fits tighter when worn with a wedding band so allow for that, too. I'd probably size it a half size larger than what she thinks she needs now to allow for summer and wearing with a wedding band. Or at least try it on with a wedding band before sizing and allow 1/4 size for the heat if you live in an area that gets hot in the summer. If it is only a little too big, I would not size at all. I'd have them put in a couple of sizing beads in the shank. It isn't good to repeatedly size a ring with diamonds in the shank because it can loosen them.

Dear diamondseeker2006,
Thanks for your valuable advice. I will ask my fiancé to keep this in mind.
