Ah hahahaha I just said I loved winter, didn''t I??

Ok, this winter thing is coming back to haunt me.

It was 70 degrees here Sunday. Today, not so much. This table was clear less than 2 hours ago....And it ain't EVEN over.

Oooh wow! It started snowing here today then stopped. I am glad because I was out walking in it at the time and it was hard balls of snow which whack off your head!

Maise, I think that was probably sleet, not snow. And I'm ever so glad you got whacked on the head today. Saves me the trouble.

Are you SURE you don't want some of this, it really is purty.

Wow Miss Ellen, I was just watching the news and in Anchorage, Alaska it is 36 degrees and in near you is 17 degrees w/10 inches of snow

Our official measurement was 10.2 inches. It fell at a rate of almost 2 inches per hour. Really awesome to watch. It hasn't snowed like that in many, many years.

If it makes you feel any better -- it was 80 yesterday and downright perfection, but right now we have 42 with wind, rain, and thunderstorms. We have a saying in Texas: "If you don''t like the weather, wait a minute, it''ll change!" (Doesn''t always apply in the summer when we''re hot, hotter, and hottest.)
