My ring is a Precision Set modified from this setting: FlushFit Semi Mount, Model No. 7727 with 1067 band, 7728 with 9500 and 1068 bands. My fiance knew I would rather have more diamonds so he opted to not have the miligrane and have diamonds instead. So he had three rows of diamonds instead of the 2 rows and then around the basket and the bridge he had diamonds set instead of the engraving.Date: 7/26/2007 5:09:54 PM

I had the exact same setting but with diamonds on the prongs and used an Asscher, but we had to send the ring back because 1) The setting didn''t show off the cut, 2) The diamond was kind of yellow in color, and 3) There weren''t supposed to be any visible inclusions and there was one right on the edge that drove me crazy. That was last year and I have been looking for someone to redesign it ever since, because the jeweler and I got into such a horrible argument over the fact that the diamond was not as promised and I was scared he''d try to scam me again. What jeweler did your fiance use? I am glad that I got on this site because I think I can get my ring redesigned through Engagement Rings Direct, but I''m not sure. Just wanted to say hi and that your ring is gorgeous and of course if would share all the specs on it (center and total weight, metal, jeweler used, lol).....
