Hi
I have appreciated all the advice. CharmyPoo did an amazing job with cushions 101. I spent all day watching videos and reading. I had been feeling overwhelmed, but I know my BF and I are so close to making a good purchase thanks to all your advice.
After hours of research and comparing I can say I am definitely an antique/chunky cushion gal. Step 1 done
Step 2 is the parameters but that ties closely with step 3 setting. I love this setting:

It has been so much harder finding a stone than we imagined (probably because we have changed our parameters often as we learn more). Anyway, we are now at the point where we just want a well cut diamond and paying a premium is starting to seem like a needed option.
Here are the current options that we see as available. What do you think?

One thing we are not 100% sure of is if we would be OK getting a really nice cut I. The setting is G/H and I know well cut Is look white, but how could we tell if there would be a difference?

I also contacted JA a week ago and put three stones on hold and I am still waiting for the ASETs. I'm a little concerned with their CS, but I do think they have some great options.
