I have become the go-to person for liquidating jewelry as a favor to friends whose loved ones have died. This silver jewelry belonged to a woman in my town who lived into her nineties. When I was a kid, she owned the general store, and whenever I went into her store, she gave me a piece of fudge. She had a unique style and loved big silver jewelry. Her daughter is one of my mom’s best friends and like an aunt to me. She is sick right now, and my mom and I are helping her with her mother’s things. Wow, lots of beautiful Southwestern and Native sterling!
I'm not so keen on the bison tooth hanging from the suede strip, but everything else is really cool!
I especially love the squash blossom necklace and the cuff just below it in your original photo.
I acquired a bunch of very similar items from my MIL, so I am inundated with southwestern sterling at the moment.
