alright! lunch time, I finally have a second
It''s funny because in real life, (meaning in my natural environment..not some small office where I''m sitting on a weird bed ready to be examined) I am very outspoken, and can communicate well... but as soon as I get in the doctors office.. I kind of freeze, and I never know what to say.
good advice kaleigh. it is an excellent idea to write down your symptoms and questions you have and make sure you write down the answers you are given. it''s so easy to forget what was said during the course of the visit. don''t feel rushed, make sure you get the answers you are looking for.Date: 11/2/2005 1:11:43 PM

Hang in there Sparkley. One thing that might help is to write a list of all your symptoms so when you get in there you''ll have it to refer to in case you freeze up. Also ask about CFS, chronic Fatigue Syndrome. I had it many years ago and was very tired and achy. Good luck and let us know what you find out!!
You know, the most important part of sound healthcare is finding a doctor who can and will listen to you.Date: 11/2/2005 12:28:02 PM

I''ve had a hard time with the doctor before, it seems he makes weird assumptions and I never get diagnosed right.
