Matata, I''ve found that the usual reasons for the pics not attaching are:

The file is in the wrong format - jpeg usually works best.
The file is too big to post - you need to resize or crop it. If it''s your own pics, you need to take pics on email setting - they''re usually about the right size then.
Or the file name is already in use on the forum - change the name of the file to something strange so that it''s more likely to be unique. Also, start your reply again on a new form after you change the file name or you can get stuck with the old file being still attached.

If none of that works, then I give up!
