I found a steal of a deal on eBay. I don't have the exact specs yet, but it measures about 10.XX x 5.XX
I1 I was quoted but its eye clean at a foot away so that's nice. Honestly this ring was a steal! So my long hunt for a discount marquise has ended in the best way.
I'll get a fire shot later. Its sooooo fiery. Surprisingly so for a marquise. And I have yet to ck for flour.
Thanks for looking.

So pretty in your hand! That's one of my favorite classic settings for a marquise.

Wow it's beautiful!! What a find! So sparkly and bright, and I love the classic setting - faces up so large as well! I think the elongated shape of the marquise is really flattering on the hand - Looks amazing!

Yes the plan is to wear it daily. :D

Re: Approx 1ct Marquise in WG baguette setting

looks very pretty on your finger!

You did so good! When I think of marquise, I think "dated 1980's", that ring is so NOT dated nor 1980s.

Your ring to me looks very Harry Winston classic

Congrats!

Right! I avoided marquise for a while but they just keep pulling me back. I think there's two things that make a marquise loom 80s, being small and being super sliver thin...

And thanks I really love it! I'm glad to see some marquise love.

Congratulations!
What a beautiful marquise! And in a beautiful, classic setting, too!
It looks perfect on your hand.

And I just have to add that your 5-stone is seriously perfection on your hand! I hope you are still happy with your choice to go that route.

Oh yes I still do. I. Obsessed. My coworker commented that every time we walk to lunch I stare at it while we walk though the potlights in the hall

Very pretty, Niel! I love the classic setting!

Re: Approx 1ct Marquise in WG baguette setting

One with my 5stone for comparison. Again off center as I don't want you guys thinking the bowtie is as bad as the camera makes it seem lol.

I do that too! :) Work pot lights (and halogen spots) are some of my favorite lights for admiring bling!
Plus your five- stone is so seriously gorgeous that you should admire it constantly!!

That rig is AMAZING! I've wanted a marquise for a long time. What carat weight is it? It's just delicious.
