The gem appears to be a synthetic. Do you really think a seller would let a $20,000 gem sell for a few dollars?

Agreed. Seller has rather a lot of past negative feedback for selling synthetics and claiming as natural, or claiming a gem is one thing but sending a synthetic or different type of gem. I would steer clear of this one.

+1. And if you are wondering what the difference is between ebay's feedback and toolhaus.org, toolhaus has all the feedback even when someone goes back and modifies negative feedback because they've come to some "understanding" with the seller.
