I have gotten VERY lucky a few times in recent months. Slipped while cutting with a knife in way that should have done serious damage. I really don't know how I didn't end up in the hospital (or at least a bad cut!) those times. Stupid stuff I know better than but just missed.
Burns though.... I burned a finger last week, a wrist the week before, and am now sitting here with my arm on ice as I set my elbow on a pan that had just come out of the oven.
