Art Deco bracelet

I am so happy for you, wow…. What a gorgeous piece!

That center chunky monkey !!!!! Omg, that is a gorgeous bracelet… :kiss2:

Totally worth the 5 year ban!

I am not only on Ban island I also have to sell stuff!!! I really love it and often times when I buy some thing I have a little bit of regret but I have zero regret on this one!! The other bracelet I accidentally bought I have a little regret on that one because I feel like I’m just not going to wear it now!

Yeah that is really amazing. I am a sucker for Deco bracelets and this exceeded my thread-title expectations by a mile. I think it is way more appealing than the runner-up -- and also looks more Deco to me. That hint (hint) of color in the center stone -- I only see it on one photo and, because phones exaggerate color differences by algorithmic design, it is undoubtedly less noticeable in person. But I just love it and feel that it adds to the period authenticity -- like a perfect-color but "native-cut" sapphire. Congratulations and well done!

Your bracelet is magnificent! :kiss2:

I have been looking for an art deco bracelet for a while. This means, I make it a job and obsessively look for one until i find "the one". I was having some medical issues and I actually had to quarantine so i had nothing to do but look. Turns out, it was a misdiagnosis. LOL

Art deco is tough because there's so many shapes and designs. I feel like every time i found one i loved it was either sold, or double my budget.

I found one i LOVED, higher carat weight, price only slightly out of budget... the tradeoff is some of the diamonds are pretty yellow. That said, it doesnt take away from the bracelet at all for me. I've been wearing it a week straight and I havent looked at it and once felt anything but happy and no reget on the purchase. I remember when I had my L diamond ring I would just not even look at it in certain lights because it bothered me, this never bothers me, i guess because if one seems yellow i can look at a different one... LOL. It also will look more yellow in a pic to me than in reality while looking at it (I am not color sensitive)

This was in France, the seller was amazing, so sweet. She said the center is 2.95 ct old mine M color... this is NOT an M. I have an appraisal Monday and I will see what he says, maybe O/P, maybe Q/R.... the MAGIC of Old cuts, it honestly looks white most of the time.

Well, who cares about words, we're here for pics. The videos are really where its at, it so beautiful moving, sparkles like crazy, I honestly cant stop staring at it LOL
Thanks for asking @Neptune

@Inked This is absolutely stunning and just completely INCREDIBLY beautiful SWOON!!!!! :kiss2: :kiss2: :kiss2:

Cor blimey @Inked !!! :kiss2: :kiss2: :kiss2: :appl:

This is just…… STUNNING! Hands down the most spectacular Deco bracelet ever to grace my popping out eyeballs!

Get those stones all checked over & nice & snug, then wear it. Wear it everywhere & wear it anywhere!

And as my beautiful Great Aunt used to say (who had the most spectacular collection of authentic pieces bought either new in the 1930’s, or what were already antiques at that time gifted to her by her husband), a dip in the water during your bath or whipping off your Marigolds at the end of your washing up, helps to keep the sparkle alive. And she knew what she was doing. She died aged 99 in 2014 & sparkled gloriously to the end without an ultrasonic in sight.

That is truly a stunning bracelet!

OH, BEHAVE!
LOL! I almost even took a pic because it seemed so crazy to wear the jewelry I wear with my warm fuzzy sweatpants... LOL!
HI:

Marvelous just doesn't seem to adequately describe this bracelet. Congrats!!

cheers--Sharon
Thank you!! There are so many beautiful shapes and designs and they're all unique!

Holy cow that is incredibly gorgeous!!! :kiss2::kiss2::kiss2::-o:-o:-o
Thank you!
I just fainted.

The puffy crown :kiss2::razz::shock::love::lickout:

I know the crown!!!!!!!!!!!! In the vendor pics some of the diamonds looked yellow but the crown just wiped out any reservations! LOL!

Glup! That bracelet is amazing!

Your signature says it all... Basically
Swoon! i think you need the other one too.

LOL!! I am on ban island... possibly forever! LOL!!!

Absolutely magnificent! Enjoy and wear it in good health. Such a stunning piece. Looks great on you.

THANK YOU!!
pricescope has me wanting things I didnt even know i wanted! LOL!!

Everything. It has everything. Fabulous Deco design, sparkle, life, and.....

{{DRUM ROLL}}

That center stone. Oh my. Words fail me.

I would never, never think twice about the color. The bracelet is perfect. You done good! And it looks beautiful on you.

thank you! i know he color might be off-putting to some, but honestly, i feel like the price was so low for the carat weight, so i didnt care!!!

My goodness, just the sparkle I needed in my day.
It’s exquisite and much nicer than the “runner up”.
Theres just something special about these older pieces, the workmanship, the detail all skills from days gone by.
I do love your accidental Victorian piece too but your Art Deco beauty is truly gorgeous.
Congratulations.

Thank you!! I am conflicted on the accidental Victorian now because i dont like them together and i feel like i wont wear it now! I agree, as much as i LOVE labs there is something about a true antique that I love!

Good lord! I am stunned and shocked. What a treasure. That center diamond is sublime. Frankly it would be hard not to pluck it for a ring. It’s a dream stone. Since the bracelet looks 1920s the diamond must be older. It looks early 1800s or maybe even late 1700s to me. Classic OMC.

WOW!! REALLY?? You think the center could be that old?? OMG, i love the thought of that!! Honestly, i was actually kind of surprised it HADN'T been repurposed... i think that probably happens to many beautiful antique pieces. I had been trying to find the "right" one, and all of the higher carat art deco were just so out of my price range, I really wanted the higher carat weight but i did not have a high carat weight budget! LOL!

@Inked, OMG! I need to learn a thing or two about doom shopping from you! Damn I have a lot to learn. This bracelet makes you happy??? It would make me delirious!!!! The smile would remain on my face for a year if this were my bracelet.

LOL!! I can out doom anyone!! hahaha!!

echoing everything above. I don't care what you paid, it's a piece for the eons.

Honestly, after seeing everyone's enthusiasm i think i got a DEAL for the eons! I love its shape and design so much and figured its for me and it doesnt bother me so I compromised on the color of the diamonds (since some are a bit tinted!) but I didnt have some great budget for this or have a ton of disposable income (hence why i love lab diamonds so much!!)

LOL! It's funny, Im so in love with this and I kind of felt like "Art deco bracelet", thats it?? no pomp and circumstance? No build up? I just couldn't even come up with the right thing to say!

Thank you so much, the tint really doesnt bother me, and I guess I felt like you said, they're old mines, it's OK that they have a tint!

AWWW!!!! OMG! I love this! I want to BE this aunt!! LOL! The best thing about the antiques is it seems like they're truly one of a kind... Like your Great Aunt!!! I will try to keep sparkling... I am a toothbrush and dawn soap cleaner myself! LOL!

Honestly, I guess it's good my budget was smaller, it forced me to hunt longer !

So I had it appraised today by a GIA guy and he showed me his cool "GIA color" system, and he actually said it's between an L and an M! I was shocked, i told him for conservatism and since the Antwerp thing I have said M to go with the M, but I really thought it would be lower color! I love it so much, I am not even mad I have to sell everything else and be on ban island, hahahaha

It is truly fabulous @Inked I, too would sell everything to own this.

Woah, that is literally insanely beautiful! Everything about it is perfection to my eyes. Now that would be my HG bracelet!
